EPR invoices clients directly for all repair and maintenance work. The Sentinel–EPR relationship is a formal referral and vendor partnership — not a merger, subsidiary, or shared-liability arrangement. Sentinel Estate Care assumes no liability for work performed by EPR, and EPR assumes no liability for services provided by Sentinel Estate Care.
